[Villages] Question re: vilage tables

Hi Lumi,

as already mentioned, villages are typically planning shortly before the 
event, not that far ahead. That is also why team:villages is not that 
much active yet. (How can we possibly reach out to villages that do not 
yet exist / do not yet formed themselves? E.g. Chaos West did not even 
have a first alignment yet, and they are typically one of the biggest 
clusters.)
