[Villages] [mch2021-orga] Check your Radio Needs

Hi Lennart,

thank you for the update.
We probably do not need any radio before day -3. We certrainly need them 
on day 0, maybe even day 1.
Also, we will need them already at the last day of event around 
afternoon to start coordinating the villages for teardown. Experience 
shows, they will start leaving right after the closing event and we 
should be done on Thurday, so no need for Friday.
