[why2025-terrain] Rent-A-Tent build-up considerations

Ah, that's good to know! Have you planned volunteers for the build-up of 
them?

If not, I will, and I need answers to these questions:

The tents only need to be done by day 0, correct?
Which tents are they exactly (I need this to guess how long it takes to 
put up)
