[why2025-terrain] Rent-A-Tent build-up considerations

I haven't arranged volunteers, but please check with boekenwuurm before 
you are both doing the same thing.

Since the main bunch of tents only arrive at day 0 (if im correct), I 
would say that is also the buildup day.

I reckon they won't take much time to setup, max 5min / tent.
The tents are popup style, the longest time you would be working on is 
the airbed getting filled.
