When you are presenting a workshop in the DNA, Envelope or Gear tents,
you will find the the AV facilities for presenters are similar to the
three stage tents, with a couple of differences. First of all the
scale of the AV equipment will be much smaller and much more hands-on
for the presenter to operate the equipment. There will be a small
audio system with two microphones and a cable to connect to the
headphones port of your laptop or similar device and a single
microphone for the audience to use if necessary. On the video side
there will be a large LED TV with HDMI input. The biggest difference
in the workshop tents is that these presentations will not be recorded
nor streamed. This is due to our expectation that most workshops will
be more hands-on than a lecture.

I think there's always one or two presentations where presenters
decide at the last minute that they don't want to. Usually like "Oh I
didn't know" or "I thought I could just". Reminders that this has
actual impact is never a bad thing :-D
