concerning shifts, these would be our two shifts:
1. Family Runners: Roaming shift (16yo or up) (2 to 3 people continuous
during day time)
Shift type description:
1) Be the hero of the camp! Help us keep Family Zone safe for all age
groups. Make sure stuff is not laying around but in appropriate storage
or in waste bin, ensuring stuff is working and calling the right help if
it is not. Primary point of contact for questions from visitors on the
field and report to Orga for bigger stuff.
2) Ensure activities can be planned an executed without having to deal
with finding people. This role might include setting up activities,
helping out in activities, cleaning up activities and so on
3) First shifts will look around the fields, clean up or remove or
report any problems with them. Last shifts should look out for noise and
close down the tents and fields, as well as looking around for any
obvious cleanup or removal items.
Shift time planning:
3 hours - 3 shifts continuously (i.e. 9:00-12:00 / 13:30-16:30 /
18:00-21:00)
Additional shifts enrolled if needed by scheduled activities
2. Family Minion: Roaming shift (minion shift) (1 or 2 kids continuous
during day time)
Same as above, but each shift *must* have at least two 16yo or up, for a
total group of 4.
If you have any questions please let us know on either IRC or via email.
With kind regards,
Pikachu
