[Villages] [mch2021-orga] Check your Radio Needs

Hi team,

thanks for the kind reminder. For team:villages we probably need radios 
as follows:
Build-up 3-5
Arrival 3-5
Event 0
Tear-Down 3-5

Also, we will need bikes for build up and tear down for the guiding 
angels, that will lead the way on the terrain and for the team to 
coordinate. Do we order them with you or is this another team?
