[Villages] Q - MCH2022 - Last call for those who did not update their Village information

Hi Konmei,

Yep, they’re a sponsor, thanks. I don’t need to align with them though, you can just reply to them that the Friday provides no car access, and recommend them to build up on day 0 or day -1 like the other villages (added benefit is that visitors can visit their tent already on the Friday).

Same goes for any other sponsor too: we should treat them as any other village. If any of them don’t like the answers, they will surely reach out to me and I’ll schedule a call with them to explain again about the spirit of our event.
