[Villages] Power requirement spreadsheet for villages using a lot of power.

Hello team:Villages,

I now have made a spreadsheet for villages that need a lot of power.
Filling this in is not needed if a village has only a few power hungry 
items that need 230V power for a few hours a day.
So having only a fridge, some lights and a microwave oven that runs 
maybe an hour or two a day does not require filling in the sheet.
If total power of appliances that are running almost all day exceeds 
3kW, it would be nice to know.
Same if a village needs three phase power.
Please send the sheets back to power at mch2022.org
