[Villages] poles for decoration (village false)

Hi,

Settling in nicely, we would to erect 2 poles on our grounds for 
lighting and a hammock. I've unsuccessfully tried to locate one of the 2 
ground drills at warehouse, as they are in use by team power/lighting.

Could someone come to our village with one of those drills, so we can 
pick a responsible spot where we are not blocking anything like 
emergency paths?
