[Villages] Village buildup & one member arriving the 22nd (ACKspace)

Hi,

PsychiC, part of village ACKspace and the MCH orga, has already put up his tent in our village location. I’m planning to arrive (if everything goes according to plan) on the 20nd, to start building the village (we’re with 4 people in total). Will that be okay? 

Secondly, we have one village member who unfortunately can’t come until the 22nd due to work. He’ll probably be dropped off by his significant other, which means that he won’t have a lot of time to unload. I know the wiki says that from the end of day 0 (22:00) no cars are allowed on the fields, would it be possible to get an exception in his case? He’s bringing the big 6x3m party tent, so it’d be the most convenient if we could unload at our spot. If not, how would we best transport the materials to our village?
