[Villages] Folding trailer tent

Hi,

I'm planning on bringing a folding trailer tent.

We are being moved from snowden field to Manning field due to circumstances

Arriving thursday morning
Leaving wednesday

Any special considerations besides preserving the grass with wood under the
wheels
 ?
