[Villages] EV charging village

hi Ralph,

we updated some weeks ago our camp in the Wiki to a 32A 400V connectivity
in order to be on the safe side with all the cables etc. Not sure what kind
of connectivity we will finally get.... We want to make sure we are
bringing the right set of cables/adapters ;-)
