[Villages] Water availability on MCH

Hi Jasmine,

Drinking water can be fetched at the water tap points around the field.
And if you want to have (very)cold water, I can suggest to fill a 
jerrycan and put it in a fridge.

The water/sewer connection are mainly ment for villages who create food 
for other guests.
