[Villages] External help with buildup of main tent

Hi Team:Villages,

We start building our Yolocation Village on Wednesday, starting with
setting up a big tent. We have rented the tent from a company that sends
someone with the tent to assist in buildup. He has no ticket, but just
assist in setting up and will be leaving as soon as the job is done. Where
can we announce his coming to the terrain? He is now planned to arrive at
15:00 on Wednesday.
