[Villages] About location of MCF cluster

Hi all,

@/dev/privacy: as per description from the MCF people below, it would be 
quite beneficial to them, if we could change their location with yours.
Since the new location would be even closer to your preferred spot, we 
will change that in the map accordingly.

Form the descriptions of the wiki pages I do not see any issue with 
that. In case you have some major concern, please let us know asap.
