We have asked for CEE 400V power

where do i fill in the big devices? We basically have 2 devices that 
need 400V (7KW each) and we have 2 devices that need 230V 16A completely.

No problemo. we have power distribution panels.

That's no problem at all. We just need to know the cable length.

We hvae kitchen equipment.
we expect them to run not for too long over the day and not be turned on 
when not needed.
