[Villages] Finish placement before the end of the day!

Hello Team:Villages,

It's very hard for us to do the power distribution right if you continue 
swapping all over the place this close to the event.
You must finish the placement of the 400V villages TONIGHT or we can't 
route power to them.
Redlizard: Please let us know when the map is updated, this must be 
before Sunday afternoon or we have no time to adjust.

After you're finished we will have the sole right to change things and 
finalize if the power picture doesn't fit.
That's what happens when you don't sync your clocks folks.
