[why2025-terrain] Rent-A-Tent build-up considerations

Hi Henry,

Just checking in about the rent-a-tents. There are some questions about 
build-up of them I had:

Is the number where we do buildup still 6?
When do they get delivered?
Do we have information like 'this needs to go to that village' for some 
of them or is it truly just put them somewhere?
