[why2025-terrain] Vehicle access / location during build-up

[WHY2025 - Sponsor]

Hi team:terrain (and team:villages),

We have a couple of questions regarding the build-up phase:

 1. Some of our sponsors may want to drive all the way to their tent
    during the build-up, while vehicle access is still permitted. Will
    this be allowed / possible?
 2. One of our sponsors, BIT, has kindly opted to bring a bus (really
    large bus) instead of using a tent. Which helps us avoid the cost of
    setting one up for
    them. However I can imagine that this brings some additional challenges with regards to location. Do you have any thoughts on this?
