[mch2021-terrain] Terrain map finalized, last call for major changes

Hello all,

Team:Terrain finished the final release candidate of the terrain layout. You 
can find it on https://map.mch2022.org/ , though you may need to convince 
your browser to flush its cache to see the latest version.

Major updates include a change of the parking field to Alexander field, which 
was announced a few days ago and has now been Officially Confirmed; and the 
relocation of stage Clairvoyance to Manning field. There are also a number of 
more minor changes.

This version of the map is going to make it onto printed materials and other 
things that cannot easily be changed anymore Very Soon. The info booklet will 
be printed, the villages team will start plugging the gaps on the grass with 
village tents, etc.

If there are any further requests or problems with the layout as it stands 
now, if it is not related to village placement, please let me know _right 
away_. The deadline for any further changes to the info booklet is now 
measured in hours.

Expect the final-v2.3c-realversion2.pdf tomorrow or so.
