Exactly, we’ll work with HDMI.

1920 x 1080p, standard aspect ratio (16:10)

That depends a bit on which stage you’ve been planned. At least 2 x stereo on 3.5mm jack. Other configurations on request (please be fast, there're only 4 weeks left)
> What sort of microphones will be available? 
At least three headsets and two handhelds, other set-ups on request.
> Will there be any facility for live capture of video from the stage? (eg. if the speaker has a physical thing they want the audience to see)
