I suspect there will at least be two talks where people want to
demonstrate something on stage on a table, so we need an extra camera
there ;-) Which could be exciting to arrange.

Just send them to productiehuis at lists.mch2022.org.

Here's a document that could be sent to speakers about the facilities
and other points of attention:

MCH2022 AV information for speakers in Abacus, Battery, Clairvoyance

Team Productiehuis is responsible for all the stages, AV equipment and
streaming the talks in the three tents mentioned above. In order to
make the period up to the start of your presentation as stress free
from our side, please read the points below carefully and if anything
is unclear or you need additional facilities on stage and haven't
contacted us, please do so as soon as possible, preferably before July
15th 2022.

Please make sure your slides follow these suggestions:
- 16:9 format (aspect ratio)
- Typeface (font) is large enough for far-away screens (also really
important for console output). That's *really* big.
- Contains only artwork/audio/video licensed in such a way they can be
shown on stage, streamed and released using a CC-BY license. This
usually means that popular cartoons, memes and other non [CC-BY]
(https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) (compatible) content
shouldn't be used.

The three stages have the following AV facilities:
- Up to 2 speakers
- Slides and/or video output from a laptop or similar device
- Either no audio, or audio using headphone jack from a laptop or
similar device (3.5mm))
- Laptop or similar devoice has an HDMI interface or speaker(s) bring
a suitable converter/dongle for their device
- Output is 1920x1080 (Full HD) resolution

All presentations in Abacus, Battery, Clairvoyance will be recorded,
streamed and released to VoD platforms, in principle. If you do not
want your presentation recorded (and therefore not streamed/released)
make sure that this is marked as such in the program at least 24 hours
before your talk is scheduled. This prevents our team from having to
schedule volunteers that are not needed. You also agree that the
recording of your presentation will be made available under the
[CC-BY] (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) license

If you have additional questions/requirements please make them known
as early as possible. Some items only require a heads-up, others may
need a lot of coordination.

Additional requirements could be (but not limited to):
* Close-up camera on stage (subject to scheduling constraints)
* More than 2 speakers
* Live video conference
* Special audio/video devices
* High current (voltage?) equipment on stage (anything above a few amps @ 230V)
* Live experiments
* Live demos

And again, please make sure to comply with the license(s) on the
artwork you are planning to use in your presentation.
