[MCH Team:Info] MCH2022 Shuttles

Posted about it on Twitter (auto-crossposted to Mastodon) and IRC, some
people filled it out, but just now someone on Twitter said the link doesn't
work anymore. And indeed it doesn't, says the survey is currently not
available.

What's with that? Or is the survey closed already?
