I messaged them again today as it still wasn't possible to use the SIP line, and got the following reply:

I'm currently waiting for a response to my question at which point in time that will be the case ;-)

Would it be possible to create a shuttles at mch2022.org mail? Then we could publish that in the meantime.

Hi, 

as you perhaps already heart from stitch, I have taken over shuttle 
organisation for mch. 

Quick facts: 
There will be shuttle service from the 17th (probably around noon) until 
the 28th (atleast until afternoon). 
Shuttle service will most likely be on a fixed schedule from the 21th 
until 27th, while the other days will be served on demand. 

I have created a barebones shuttle service wiki page and will fill it 
with more information in the upcoming days:

Do you know by whom inbound number and mobile phone for shuttle service 
was provided by during sha? 
I'm not certain whether POC is already able to provide that during the 
first days of buildup and during teardown.
