[MCH Team:Info] Migrating relevant SHA2017 wiki info to MCH2021 wiki

Hi all!

As you might know, the MCH2021 ticket sale has started. I expect the wiki will get a bit use use in the coming time. 

Therefore now would be a good time to transfer some general info pages, for example : https://wiki.sha2017.org/w/Location and maybe some forms.

Can you work on this?
