[mch2022-deco] MCH Team Deco stuff from Boels

Hi Manduca,


 From the teams-requesting-input mail form a few days ago I understood 
that Team:On-Site-Transportation wants to know what other teams need 
from Boels. Your email is listed as contact for this team. Below is 
listed what Team Deco needs to have :)

All of these fences will be built up completely freestanding per single 
segment, so each segment needs 2 of those concrete foots to stick them 
in. Also some back anchors to keep them upright in the wind.

For 3 of the fences I would like to have complementary height-extenders. 
I am not sure what they are called by Boels, but they effectively 
increase the height of the fence by something like 50-100cm.
