[Villages] Enter your prefered location in the wiki!

Hi konmei and team:villages,

Thanks for the hint. I tried to place us somewhere near a Toilet where I 
assume we should have infrastructure (water+power). Feel free to replace 
us if my assumptions are wrong. Apart from infrastructure we have no 
really hard requirements this time.
