[Villages] Please delete village Idiopolis from the wiki list.

Hello Villages team,

I am reaching out because I have noticed village Idiopolis is still on
the wiki list. Please delete it from the list, I am not able to nuke it
myself.

The village will not be there, I want to prevent it from being placed and
hogging up dead space that can be used by other villages.
