[Villages] [mch2021-terrain] Location of CTF tent

Dear Konmei,

The CTF tent is not part of team:family and not part of the family zone. Stitch is in contact with the organizers of the CTF that are using the CTF tent.

FYI: we have renamed family village to family zone to better indicate that this area is organized by an orga team (team:family)
