[Villages] To all villages: Power requirements, please check again!

Hi,

On the wiki there was an option for power labeled "up to 2x 230V/16A 
CEE/Schuko".
We don't support any 16A CEE infra, only Schuko or 32A/400V.
If you have any equipment that needs otherwise, please bring your own 
converters!
And update the wiki, thanks!
