[Villages] Location for waffles needs confirmation

Hello Team Villages

Here is L3D from C3WOC. There is a wish to bake waffles at the MCH. See 
also https://wiki.mch2022.org/Village:C3WOC

In order for Team Power to provide us with power, they (and we too) 
would like to know where the waffle tent may be placed.

My preferred location would be near the POC. Therefore, the current 
suggestion would be that we settle with at Liskov Field as the location.

What do you think of this? Would that be in your sense?
