[Villages] HSNL and TkkrLab Villages

Hello,

it's better to ask for forgiveness than to wait for permission: I put 
the HSNL and TkkrLab villages down in the Liskov Field as Renze wants to 
be close to the badge tent, and nobody in our HSNL group on Telegram (so 
far) told us otherwise.

So to make it official I updated the wiki, and now I might have gone 
over your helmet....

Can I leave the wiki or do I need to edit it?
