[Villages] Big camper

Hello,

I'm coming today with my camper and a few volunteers. I got some echoes
from the HHA that we would need some plates to drive on ?!?!

I have a camper ticket and was thinking, if possible, to park near the HHA.
When ordering the camper ticket, there was no mention about those driving
plates.

My camper is 13 tons, do i really need those plates ? If yes, are there
alternatives ?
