[Villages] [Projectleiding] Sponsor policy change proposal

Hi all,

point of view from team:villages below.
Recognizing spam/commercial pages: please let us know if you notice. 
Then we can clarify. I personally am German, I simply don't know most of 
the companies.

Reg. the deleted village: I am not sure how team:villages was involved 
in the discussion. I personally was not and I was the one that restored 
the village because they were already placed and more importantly: they 
had rented stuff from moebelhaus. We would appreciate if you could just 
ask us next time, we have contact details of most villages and can 
clarify a lot of stuff. They were btw not hesitant at all when I asked 
them to rename and reacted quickly.

URLs: I don't mind to hide the field, if it is empty. (Although I am not 
sure if that really helps the addressed problem.) Many villages use this 
to give further references to past event, their projects, hackerspaces 
etc. There are several examples in the wiki.
