[Villages] Availability of stuff for villages

could you please give us some detail when the ordered stuff will be 
available to villages?
- will they have to collect it?
- will it be delivered to their tents?
- will they have to return it to a specific place?
- by when?
- when need the rented tents to be emptied?

We would like to update the wiki page accordingly.
