[Villages] Placement of Geraffel

Hi all,

I just wanted to express my concerns here about whether it really makes 
sense to put the party tents of Geraffel right next to the CERT. People 
will certainly want to sleep there or get well in peace. Maybe we should 
talk about the positioning of the tents again.

Next to Milliways should be much better.
