Hi Konmei,

Thank you for your fast response :) 

- we are a gold sponsor and therefore I believe there will be a provided village tent of 5*10m2, this will be our village of the 1001 nights with Secura; what time will this approximately be ready?
- can there be cars on the field on Tuesday morning or perhaps a pallet truck?
- is the location known where we will be?

Hello Sara,

call will be a bit difficult, can you write down your questions?
If you rented a tent via our regular channel (moebelhaus etc.) the village and tent will be placed and we will take care of the build up. 
Which village are you referring to btw?
If you bring a tent by yourself and would like to organize the build up by yourself, that would only be possible during village build up as specified in the wiki.

If a call is still necessary, please let me know your number and time that would be suitable to you, so we see what we can do.
