Hi Sara,

setting up a tent by an external party is not an issue, in general. 
However, Friday is already day 1, which means that there are no cars allowed on the field. (Please refer to the timeline in the wiki: 
https://wiki.mch2022.org/Team:Villages#Timeline_for_village_build-up_.2F_tear-down)

Also, it would be great if you could update your wiki page accordingly, so that we know how big the tent is, since we need to consider that for the placing.
