Hi Gina,

I’m not sure it the others will react to you before tonight so hereby an attempt from me.

We have I guess 2 streams of traffic, WHY visitors and WHY logistics. Both though need to go over the same route.

Coming from N245
So I guess we need signs at the N245 from both directions. Wheras it it important that at the corssing with the wagenweg, they are sent to the N504 and not to the wagenweg.

On N504
I guess we need at the roundabout a sign saying they need to go to the parking from both directions with a warning earlier on the road

I don’t think we need much more, but I’m just thinking logically, maybe others have additional ideas.

Until Monday is doable, but only if someone tells us where the traffic signs are going to go.
We don't know that and at least I don't know enough to put them.
If you get me that I'll make you a nice map.

Aangezien de Provincie ook altijd aangehaakt moet worden bij B-evenementen die in het Recreatieschap plaatsvinden i.v.m. de provinciale wegen heb ik jullie plannen bij hun laten beoordelen. Ik heb hierop onderstaande reactie op gekregen. Zouden jullie deze ook mee willen nemen in de nieuwe versie van jullie planvorming?


  *   De provincie verwacht geen hoge pieken in de vorm van files op de provinciale wegen N245 of N504
  *   De Provincie verlangt nog wel een tekening met een verkeersplan van alle verkeersborden die men wil plaatsen.

In het Veiligheidsplan op pagina 98 staat er summier iets over vermeld (men heeft het hier over snelwegen).

Op die pagina staan er tussen de calamiteitenroutes gele verwijzingsborden voor het evenement.

Dit is niet volgens CROW opgesteld.

  *   Aaandacht voor de partij die verantwoordelijk is voor het plaatsen van de calamiteitenroutes en de gele verwijzingsborden op provinciale wegen, dat dit gedaan moet worden conform de CROW-richtlijnen. Dit betreft onder meer de toepassing van de juiste letterhoogtes, het gebruik van een duidelijk en uniform lettertype, en het hanteren van de juiste afmetingen van de borden.
  *   Zie de provinciale eisen op deze pagina https://www.noord-holland.nl/Producten_op_alfabet/Toestemming_tijdelijke_verkeersmaatregelen_weg doorneemt op onze eisen.
  *   Borden moeten ook worden aangemeld via deze pagina.
