[why2025-terrain] Volunteers for Team:Terrain [Ticket#42570]

Hi Marjolein & Jasper,


While I enjoyed reading your guidelines (they are very thorough :D ), 
for Team:Terrain I think we only need the empty plan. During the event, 
we only have very occasional need (think 2-3 people for maybe half an 
hour each day) that is not very planable. So having Terrain shifts is 
not sensible as long as we can sometimes get someone. Will you plan this 
need in shared standby shifts?


I look forward to hearing from you about buildup and teardown planning!
