[why2025-terrain] Portacabins and similar things

Hi Team:Projectleiding!

During the Terrain meeting we noticed some discreptancies between the 
portacabins in the table with the tents and the planning on the map.
For example: We (and we also think Team:Warehouse) are under the 
impression that Warehouse should be 4 and not 3 containers.
Could you give us a list of what we ordered and what it belongs to? We 
assumed the best source for this info may be the budgets since the boels 
list just lists 10 portacabins for PL.
