[why2025-terrain] questions and updates

Hi!

I have some files and questions for you. 

* Attached are the current Nuts plans. They still have a budget
problem, we might need to talk with them again soon.

* I also attached the professional made map from Geestemerambacht with
the nuts facilities of them.

* When I look at the Liquicity stage on the Liquicity map, I see a
rotation we don't have. can we update this?

* I have updated parking map from Netsmurf, in the vsdx file format,
even. I believe it normally comes via Konmei?

* there is a toilet planned on the parking. Is this a dixi? It is not
in the parking plan, but I think a dixi or two there might make sense,
and should not add any infra costs.
