Thank you for the work, this seems like a very good estimation what is needed.

Is Manduca ordering a small %spare on the total combined order to fill any oversights of any team to fill some small gaps might they occur ?

Team:Terrain has made drawings of the insides f the tracks, with chairs estimations:

 

Track A:1083,Track B: 612, Track C: 192, Track D: 224

4 tables  for technical work in tents?

 

For the workshop tents, 3 workshops, with 6x4 tables, and 4 chairs a table (MCH photo based, it looks very covid compatible and sparce, so doubled the chairs so both side of tables can be used)

 

so that gives a total of 

2111 chairs for the tracks

4 tables for tracks

72 tables for workshops

288 chairs for workshops

 

Team:productiehuis, do you have current dimensions for the stages?

 

Based on these numbers, I suspect the stages where a catch all post for tables and chairs last time. Last time, there was a shortage, are we shure we don't need a buffer this time?

But maybe then we should put it under buffer, so the next time will be easier to see what it was used for.

At SHA and MCH team terrain made detailed drawings of the layout of the tents, the firelanes in the tents, where Fire extingishers needed to go etc.
Based on the available floorspace the chairs where calculated.

We could make a rough calculation of total floorspace of the MCH track tents & workshop tents and to de same for WHY.
Apply that ratio to number of chairs at MCH and calculate the number of chairs for WHY ?

3500 seems overkill and as each chair costs a small amount of E having a reasonably accurate number to avoid waste of EEE seems sensible.

About the same as 3400 chairs for 3200 visitors at mch :)

I’ve no opinion on this. Although more then 3500 chairs for a total of 3500 visitors seems superfluous…..
