[why2025-terrain] [Projectleiding] chairs and tables workshop area and lecture tents

All,

At SHA and MCH team terrain made detailed drawings of the layout of the tents, the firelanes in the tents, where Fire extingishers needed to go etc.
Based on the available floorspace the chairs where calculated.

We could make a rough calculation of total floorspace of the MCH track tents & workshop tents and to de same for WHY.
Apply that ratio to number of chairs at MCH and calculate the number of chairs for WHY ?

3500 seems overkill and as each chair costs a small amount of E having a reasonably accurate number to avoid waste of EEE seems sensible.

About the same as 3400 chairs for 3200 visitors at mch :)

I’ve no opinion on this. Although more then 3500 chairs for a total of 3500 visitors seems superfluous…..
