[why2025-terrain] chairs and tables workshop area and lecture tents

Hi! 

As it seems nobody feels responsible of the chairs in the track tents,
so I ask all of you to check with me to get to sensible numbers before
the 15, when the boels order list closes.

Last time, there was this:
v	20590	3400	Stoel Cuba
v	20503	65	Dinertafel 180x76
v	20578	55	Dinertafel 200x100
v	13086	12	Event fencing open

for 3 stages and 2 workshops.

We now have 4 stages and 3 workshops. My estimates:
 
180 dinnertables
4760 chairs
16 fencing

This is a estimate pure on basis of the amount of tents, not based on
size. I have not looked into the type of tables or chairs.

Please let me know what you think of these estimates, and I welcome
help in beter estimates how much of these tables and chairs should go
to witch stage/workshop.
