[why2025-terrain] Villages: Final moebelhaus tents placement

I can't speak for team:terrain when the exact date is, but have a look
at https://snaps.why2025.org/

Tents are actively being build right now, and things are communicated
with the tent builders way in advance. The people of team:terrain are
working hard on the field, marking out firelanes, coordinating tent
builders and doing an awesome job, with very full days.

With that in mind, how much is this rotation needed?
