Hi team:terrain,
Homski(Productiehuis) and I, Glu(NUTS) will arrive next Sunday to help with
buildup.
We are part of village:Chaosfurs and would like to set up our sleeping tent
in the village area. I don't think this would be a problem, but just wanted
to be sure.
We know there might not be power the first few days and we're ok with that.
Is there any reason to not set up our tent there?
Thanks for the info!
Cheers, Glu

Hej Hej Glu and Homski,
Team:Villages will only coordinate starting from day -2.
You can go on the terrain earlier but you will have to discuss the options
at that moment. The terrain will be very much in a buildup state so no
guarantees can be made yet.
We checked this with Team:Terrain and they confirm that, yes, it will
likely be possible though no guarantees can be made yet.
Regarding getting the towable tent(vouwwagen?) on the grass. Since buildup
is going there will probably be enough people to help you push or might
even give you a hand with equipment if the spot is available.
Sorry we can't help with guarantees but a festival terrain in buildup time
is a very dynamic space where this has to be decided on the spot.
Kind regards,
IcyPalm, Team:Villages

Hi Winko,
Glu and Homski from village:Chaosfurs/Demoscene here.
As we are part of team:NUTS and team:Productiehuis, for buildup we arrive
already on Sunday(-4) with our towable tent. The tent is partly sleeping
area for the both of us and partly village relax space.
On this day, do we need to push our tent in place by hand from the road, is
there some towing vehicle on site already or is car access to the field
possible if we drive carefully? Just to know what to expect.
Pushing would not be easy/possible with just the two of us, so if that's
the case we have to find some strong people to help us. But on Sunday
there's already a bunch of people on the terrain.
We can't really sleep in a small tent and move it on the field later
(because of medical issues we need quite a big space) or we would have done
that.
Hope it's not giving much trouble, please let us know what would be the
best way of getting our tent there.
Thanks! Glu
