[why2025-terrain] Double check for the amount of sponsor and village tent

Hi team sponsor,
Has the Netherlands Standardisation Forum signed?
I'm printing out the final list of tents right now.
The wiki mentions their village is NLGov Hackers, do they need the tent
there?
