Hi Piiindakaas,

For the bars and foodcourt all is registered in our logistics worksheet: (See screendump below):

We also have worksheets with the names of people who will be on the field on behalf of the vendors to build up, tear down or sell food in the foodcourt. 

Build-up/tear down: 



 * There are a few deliveries not confirmed yet. The confirmed ones are marked in blue.

 * VM-Events: We do not know the exact times on the days, but we expect them to run several rounds as they will be bringing heavy bar-equipment (cooling containers, 1000liter beertanks, freezers and coolers and furniture, etc)

 * Kreko/Sligro: we are planning deliveries for the 6th together with team Volunteers. 

 * Off-site logistics: under negotiation. 


During event: 



 * For the foodcourt and the bars there will be some deliveries during the event. 



     * Some of the vendors have to stock up every (other) day with fresh stuff. 

     * We can agree on a timeframe when they will be allowed to drive on the field to restock. What would work for you?



 * If the bar runs out of stock we have will let you know what supplier is comming to restock. We will coordinate this with the stock up for team Volunteers.
